For the most part, the veneer process is not painful. However, patients may experience some sensitivity to hot and cold foods. These symptoms should resolve quickly after treatment.
During your consultation, your dentist will review the veneer process with you. He or she will also review your medical history and dental history. If any of your past dental work has increased your risk of tooth decay, your dentist may recommend alternative treatments.
