Veneers require some preparatory work before they can be bonded to the natural teeth. Our dentist may need to prepare the existing tooth by removing a small amount of enamel. This amount depends on the thickness of the veneer. An impression is then taken, and the veneer is fabricated at a dental lab. In a week or two, you’ll return to our office to have the veneer placed.
